*At its meeting on 3/15/2023, the Planning Commission corrected an inadvertent mistake in the document approved by voters on 3/7/2023. The descriptions of Minor and Major Subdivisions in Table 5.1 in the original document did not match their description in the text of Section 5.6.1(E). The document at the link contains the corrected Table 5.1. The definitions are the same as in the regulations in force before 3/7/2023: a Minor Subdivision creates 3 or fewer lots and a Major Subdivision creates 4 or more.
